McClatchy Markets Newspaper Buildings to Help Cut Debt

Sacramento Business Journal: McClatchy reported another loss on Wednesday, and said it is marketing some of its buildings to help reduce the company’s debt. The company recently began marketing main office buildings and printing facilities in Sacramento, Kansas City, Mo., and Columbia, S.C. “for potential sales/leaseback transactions.” The assets “are located in attractive growing markets.”
