Crain’s New York Business: The liberal-leaning weekly political magazine, The Nation, is moving to the West Side of Manhattan. The 150-year old publication has reached a deal to relocate its office from Irving Place, in Union Square, to 520 Eighth Avenue. The rent at Irving Place had risen beyond its reach. “Prices have gone up in that neighborhood, and like most publishers they decided to become leaner and meaner.”
