News Corp Faces Revolt Over Dual-Class Share Structure

Sydney Morning Herald: Rupert Murdoch is facing yet another push by shareholders to eliminate News Corp.’s dual-class share structure after the motion narrowly missed at the company’s annual general meeting last year. The New York-based Nathan Cummings Foundation will once again lead a revolt, attempting to create a voting structure that equates to one vote per share, at News Corp.’s annual meeting in the second half of 2016.
