Abrams Celeb Blog Sued by Freelance Photographer

New York Post: Dan Abrams, the chief legal correspondent for ABC News, is being sued by a freelance celebrity photographer who claims that the Abrams-owned celebrity blog The Mary Sue used some of his photos of actors Krysten Ritter and Mike Colter without permission. Freelance photographer Steve Sands is seeking $150,000 in damages for copyright violations for using exclusive photos he snapped last summer.
