Liberty Global Invests in Call Center Platform CallVU

Multichannel News: CallVU, an Israel-based developer of mobile digital  platforms for contact centers, said it has raised $3 million from a group of investors led by Liberty Global Ventures, the VC arm of Liberty Global, After Dox Angel Investment Group, 2B Angels and NICE. CallVU said its platform targets the need to divert customers to mobile digital self-service, and counts banks, credit card companies and telecom carriers among its customers.
