Multichannel News: Starz president Glenn Curtis, a long-time veteran of the company, will retire effective July 1, according to documents filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. As part of his separation agreement, Curtis, 56, will receive a lump sum payment of $828,750 and monthly payments beginning Jan. 1 and ending Dec. 31, 2017 equal to the difference between his monthly base salary and any other compensation he receives from another employer.
