New York Post: MTV Networks boss Judy McGrath reportedly was asked if she would be interested in helping Shari Redstone in her efforts to replace four independent board members at Viacom. McGrath is said to have declined because of her duties as an Amazon board member. Similarly, former Viacom CEO Tom Freston said that he backed Shari’s efforts but that, for him, “it’s hard to go backwards.”
