Comcast Set for Court Over Former NBC Affiliate

Boston Business Journal: WHDH-TV is challenging a federal judge’s decision to throw out its lawsuit against Comcast over the decision to pull the local station’s lucrative NBC affiliation. The station notified the judge who made the ruling that it was pursuing an appeal in a court filing this week. The grounds for the appeal was not immediately clear.
