People: Newly released video shows a Disney World employee warding off a small alligator, just feet from guests riding on Splash Mountain. The incident, from 2009, has come to light days after the death of a 2-year-old boy, who was grabbed and dragged into the water by an alligator in a lagoon at Disney’s resort in Orlando.
