Comcast’s NBC Says US Clears Deal for DreamWorks

Bloomberg: Comcast’s NBCUniversal said the U.S. Justice Department cleared its proposed $3.8 billion purchase of DreamWorks Animation and that the company looks forward to completing the deal soon. NBCUniversal said it expects to close the transaction in the coming months. The Justice Department found no threat to competition and didn’t open an in-depth investigation.
