Dish Files Lawsuit Against Tribune During TV Blackout

Chicago Tribune: Dish Network has sued Tribune Broadcasting, alleging Tribune encouraged Dish subscribers to end their contracts and change to a different television service provider. The lawsuit said Tribune’s use of “the trademarked Dish name and logo in words like ‘dishgusting’ and ‘dishturbing’ has a negative impact on the value of Dish’s brand.”
