New York Post: Pandora founder and CEO Tim Westergren, who returned to the helm in March after more than a decade since he last ran it, said the company is developing an offline service to keep up with users. Westergren said the company knows when customers are dropping service because of connectivity issues or because they’re hopping on a flight. And he’s trying to figure out how to keep them engaged and to use that information to better target them.
