Comcast Extends Roberts’ CEO Contract by One Year

Multichannel News: In what has become an annual ritual, Comcast has extended the employment deal of chairman and CEO Brian Roberts by one year, to June 30, 2017. In a brief filing with U.S. regulators, Comcast noted that it had extended Robert’s agreement. It was the only change to the employment pact. Roberts has been CEO of Comcast since 2002 and added the chairman’s role in 2004.
