AOL’s Armstrong Leads Verizon’s Potential Bid for Yahoo

TheStreet: AOL CEO Tim Armstrong appeared on CNBC to comment on the Allen & Co. conference, which is underway this week in Sun Valley. The bidding for Yahoo remains at the forefront of the conference. Armstrong, whose company is owned by Verizon, is leading the telecommunication company’s potential bid. “I won’t comment on Yahoo specifically,” he said. “I know you want me to, but, you know, we’re really focused on our strategic plan.”
