New York Times’ Hollywood Journo Jumps to Deadline

Deadline: Michael Cieply, the veteran journalist who has covered Hollywood for the Los Angeles Times, the Wall Street Journal and most recently the New York Times, is joining Deadline as executive editor. The reporter, editor and author begins August 1 and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the news site dedicated to covering the entertainment industry.
