Viacom Board Lawsuit Against Redstone Firm to Proceed

Wall Street Journal: The mental capacity of 93-year-old mogul Sumner Redstone will be scrutinized at trials in two states in October, drawing out the high-stakes battle over governance of Viacom and the rest of his media empire. A Delaware judge is seeking to determine whether Redstone had the competency to make the decision to replace five board members at the media company last month.
