GateHouse Offers Buyouts to Employees at Newspapers

Boston Business Journal: In an effort to reduce its payroll, GateHouse Media New England is offering employees a week of severance pay for each year of their employment if they agree to leave the company. Those who have worked at GateHouse for 20 or more years will receive 17 weeks of base pay as part of their severance package.
