Gawker Founder Throws Reunion Party Amid Bankruptcy

New York Post: Gawker Media boss Nick Denton is throwing a staff reunion dubbed “Against All Odds: A Celebration of 14 Years of Independent Journalism.” In an invite to the Wednesday bash, Denton wrote of up-for-sale Gawker Media: “As you probably know, this is our last week as a standalone company.”
