Twitter Opens Moments Feature to Power Users, Brands

CNET: Soon, everyone will be allowed to create Moments on Twitter. The social network said it’s letting a broader group of influential people and brands make their own Moments by adding their own tweets and content to the popular feature. Twitter plans on letting everyone using the platform do the same in the coming months.
