KKR Mulls Bid for Entertainment One in Move Into Media

Bloomberg: Private-equity firm KKR & Co. is said to be considering a bid for television distributor Entertainment One after the owner of the preschool cartoon character “Peppa Pig” rejected an offer from U.K. broadcaster ITV.
