Yahoo’s Mayer, Top Execs Set for $89 Million from Verizon

USA Today: Five Yahoo executives, including CEO Marissa Mayer and CFO Ken Goldman, stand to walk away with a combined $89.2 million if their jobs are axed as a result of the Verizon deal, according to the 300-plus-page sale proxy filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
