TV Spy: Tribune has begun offering buyouts to employees at all of its local stations. “We are always looking to operate as efficiently as possible, and we are doing more and more across our TV stations with technology,” a Tribune spokesperson said. “I can confirm a small number of employees at our stations have been offered voluntary buy-outs.”
