Viacom Earns Downgrade on Move to Hold On to Paramount

MarketWatch: Analysts at Stifel downgraded Viacom to hold from buy Monday, on reports the media and entertainment company is no longer interested in selling a stake in its Paramount Pictures film business. Holding on to the struggling film business “creates near-term challenges.”
