Dick Clark Productions Looking to Sell to Chinese Buyer

The Wrap: Dick Clark Productions, producer of the Golden Globe Awards, is looking to sell to a Chinese buyer at a $1 billion valuation. Hedge fund manager Todd Boehly spun off the production company along with The Hollywood Reporter and Billboard magazine in December from Guggenheim Partners.
