Yahoo’s Data Breach Stirs Senator to Call for Investigation

TechCrunch: Yahoo’s announcement last week that data from 500 million user accounts had been stolen in 2014 by what it called a “state-sponsored actor” certainly alarmed the company’s users and its new bosses at Verizon. But now it seems that eyebrows were raised in the Senate as well.
