Comcast, AT&T Cheer as FCC Pulls Vote for Set-Top Box

Investor’s Business Daily: Tom Wheeler, chairman of the Federal Communications Commission, suddenly pulled his set-top box proposal from the agency’s meeting agenda, apparently unable to garner a deciding vote. The proposal would require Comcast and other pay-TV providers to stream video through app devices like Roku or Apple TV.
