Time Warner Merger with AT&T is Proposed by Barclays

Barron’s: After Time Warner’s failed merger attempt with 21st Century Fox in 2014, Barclays analysts Kannan Venkateshwar and Amir Rozwadowski contend that Time Warner should consider hooking up with AT&T: “A consistent theme across cable, media and telecom has been the potential for both vertical and horizontal consolidation.”
