Tribune to Erect 30-Story Building in Downtown Los Angeles

Curbed LA: Just a week after completing the sale of the Los Angeles Times complex in downtown Los Angeles, it appears that Tribune is preparing to develop a lot just across the street. Plans have been filed for the construction of a new 30-story mixed use project on a lot that currently houses a parking structure used by Times employees.
