Viacom-CBS: Redstone’s Ex-Gal Pal Fires Back in Deposition

New York Post: One of the two women accused of fleecing billionaire Sumner Redstone out of $150 million struck back by issuing a deposition notice to the 93-year-old media mogul. The notice calls for Manuela Herzer — who was named in an elder-abuse suit — and her legal eagles to depose Redstone on Nov. 8, Election Day, at his $20 million Beverly Hills estate.
