Twitter’s Vine Stars Turn to Other Platforms Seeking Profits

MarketWatch: Twitter is shutting down Vine, its six-second looping video site, but current and aspiring social media stars will still have plenty of opportunities to make thousands of dollars from sponsored content. By the beginning of this year, 52% of the site’s nearly 1,000 top accounts, which had 15,000 or more followers, had stopped using Vine.
