Rolling Stone: Judge Drops Part of Lawsuit Over Rape Story

Reuters:  A U.S. federal judge has dismissed part of a $7.9 million defamation lawsuit against Rolling Stone magazine filed by a University of Virginia administrator over a debunked gang rape story. The November 2014 Rolling Stone story “A Rape on Campus” did not defame administrator Nicole Eramo by its overall implications.
