CBS Hires Banks to Advise on Possible Merger with Viacom

MarketWatch: CBS has retained banks Moelis & Co. and Goldman Sachs to advise the company on a possible merger with Viacom. Both Viacom and CBS boards have created special committees to review a possible reunion. Viacom’s management foes not plan to hire any more financial or legal advisers.
