AT&T-Time Warner Merger to Face Trump ‘Negotiation’

TheStreet: Bob Johnson, founder of asset management firm RLJ Companies and the CEO of Black Entertainment Television, met with President-elect Donald Trump last week. He discussed the proposed merger of AT&T and Time Warner. Trump has stated intentions to block the deal. Trump, according to Johnson, “is going to sit down and negotiate.”
