21st Century Fox Makes Formal $14 Billion Bid to Acquire Sky

MarketWatch: The Murdoch family’s 21st Century Fox formally commenced its second takeover attempt of Britain’s Sky, saying Thursday it would offer GBP10.75 a share for the 61% stake it doesn’t already own. The deal values the stake Fox doesn’t already own at about $14 billion and the entire company at $23 billion.
