Viacom Gets 50 Percent Discount on Pay for CEO Bakish

Bloomberg: Viacom is getting a 50 percent discount on pay for its chief executive officer. New CEO Bob Bakish will have a target of $20 million in compensation for 2017, including a $3 million salary, a $7 million bonus and equity awards worth $10 million, according to a regulatory filing.
