New York Times Stirs Drama with Firing of Drama Critic

New York Magazine: It’s not every day that a New York Times employee — never mind one of the most prominent theater critics in the country — is so publicly given the boot. Charles Isherwood, the second-string theater critic for the Times, may meet the paper again, in arbitration.
