Fortune: A little more than a year after being spun out of Ben Lerer’s Thrillist Media Group, e-commerce startup JackThreads is preparing to cease operations as an independent company. The online menswear retailer has cut its staff down to a skeleton crew with mass layoffs over the past two weeks.
