Bauer Top Exec Departs After Being Passed Over for CEO

New York Post: Sebastian Raatz, who had been at Bauer Publishing for 10 years, is leaving to launch his own business. But insiders say his exit was hastened when Raatz was passed over for the CEO position at the company — which publishes In Touch and Women’s World, among others — after his longtime boss retired.
