Time Inc Lures Another Bidder as Bronfman Group Exits

Wall Street Journal: A group that includes Jahm Najafi, CEO of private investment firm Najafi Cos., and private-equity firm Pamplona Capital Management is said to have emerged as a bidder for Time Inc. The publisher is in the midst of a sales process that appears to be nearing completion.
