Comcast Invests in Digital Horror Video Firm Crypt TV

Wall Street Journal: Kenneth Lerer, managing partner at Lerer Hippeau Ventures, is leading a $3.5 million seed funding round for Crypt TV, a two-year-old startup offering short, uber-creepy videos. Comcast’s NBCUniversal and Advancit Capital, the investment firm co-founded by Shari Redstone, are also participating in the round.
