Verizon Takes ‘Oath’ to Run Yahoo-AOL; Mayer to Exit

CNET: After Verizon officially swallows up Yahoo, it will be placed under a new media division called Oath. AOL, which Verizon already owns, will also be part of the division. One person who will not take the Oath: Yahoo CEO Marissa Mayer. The beleaguered chief reportedly won’t be joining the new company.
