AT&T, Time Warner Get Warning Over Writers’ Strike

Deadline: Warning of the adverse effects a writers strike would have on the proposed $85 billion merger of AT&T and Time Warner, the WGA has sent letters to the companies’ institutional shareholders urging them to reach out to management and insist they “negotiate a fair deal that avoids a strike.”
