Study: Newspapers Outshine at Predicting the Economy

Bloomberg Markets: Textual analysis of articles and editorials about the economy can be scrutinized to track current economic conditions pretty well: so well, in fact, that they often beat standard consumer sentiment surveys as forecasting tools.
