Time Inc Exec Faces $1 Million ‘Trade Secrets’ Lawsuit

New York Post: A former WebMD pharmaceutical ad sales executive breached her contract and stole trade secrets by taking a similar job with Time Inc., the website claims in a lawsuit. Heidi Anderson had a 1-year non-compete, WebMD claims. The suit seeks at least $1 million of the money back.
