Sinclair Eyes Tribune, Buys Bonten TV-Station Group

Baltimore Sun: Sinclair Broadcast Group has agreed to buy the stock of New York-based Bonten Media Group for $240 million. Bonten owns 14 television stations in eight markets, which reach about 1 percent of the TV households in the United States. Sinclair also is said to be preparing to buy Tribune Media.
