Denver Business Journal: Dave Lougee, a former exec at KUSA-9News in Denver, will become CEO of TV broadcaster Tegna, with the retirement at the end of the month of current chief exec Gracia Martore. The transition coincides with Tegna’s planned spinoff of its Cars.com subsidiary, creating two publicly traded companies.
