Vivendi Makes $2.56 Billion Bid for Stake in Ad Group Havas

Advertising Age: Havas is in play, as its majority shareholder Groupe Bollore enters discussions with French media group Vivendi over its $2.56 billion offer today for the Bollore stake. Havas and Vivendi are already connected through the Bollore family and its shareholdings.
