CBS, Viacom to Support Legal Shield for Gay Employees

Bloomberg: Dozens of major U.S. companies are encouraging a federal court to declare discrimination based on sexual orientation illegal, even if that decision could increase the firms’ vulnerability to employee lawsuits. Microsoft, Google, CBS, Viacom, IAC, and Lyft are among the companies that signed papers supporting a filing spearheaded by Freedom For All Americans in the U.S. court of appeals in Manhattan.
