Rodale Sets Deadline in August for First-Round Bidding

New York Post: Rodale, publisher of Men’s Health, Women’s Health, Runner’s World, Prevention and Bicycling, has set an Aug. 3 deadline for prospective buyers to submit first-round bids for the family-owned publisher.
