Discovery Digital Hires Twitter’s Former Global TV Head

World Screen: Fred Graver, the former global head of TV at Twitter, has been appointed senior VP of digital content and social for Discovery Digital at Discovery Communications. In his new post, Graver will supervise the digital network teams across Discovery’s U.S. portfolio.
